How Does It Work?

  1. ORDER THE SERVICE - From the Pricing & Orders page, where a Pricing page is displayed showing each resume option.  By choosing more info....a detailed description is given for that particular option.  At this point, follow the prompts.  At Checkout, your email address is requested.  If this is your first time ordering, registration of your personal details is required and you choose a password.  The password enables you to easily come back into the checkout at a later time.  You are then ready for a Final Order.
  2. At this point you will be asked to upload your existing resume, cover letter and Position Description/Selection Criteria and situational examples if applicable as part of final order.   
  3. PAYMENT.  Payment will be by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.   If you wish to use another payment option, please contact us at info@impressiveresumes.com.au.   Please note: Credit card details are not given to Impressive Resumes as they are provided through the security of PayPal/Bendigo Bank credit card payment gateway.   An email confirming payment will automatically be sent to you.                                                                   
  4. We will confirm your order as soon as possible, usually with 24 hours at least, with most orders confirmed within a matter of a couple of hours.  At this point the data collection process will commence, including completion of our in house questionnaire which will be emailed through at this point.  
  5. The writer assigned will then thoroughly evaluate all of this information and consider your specific industry or field of expertise.   At this point more information will be requested if needed and is factored into our price to write a top quality Impressive Resume telling your story in a professional way
  6. The resume will be skilfully drafted and then meticulously reviewed. The draft will then be emailed to you.  Please note our usual turnaround time is three to seven working days, with the exception of our express service
  7. Once the document(s) are finalised, the CD and bound copies will be posted, along with a receipt.
  8. 30 day guarantee period commences.
