Order the writing service/package applicable to your background from the Pricing and orders page, where a Price and description is displayed. By choosing the more info button, a detailed description of each service is provided. At this point follow the prompts to order and pay online which are designed to be as simple, and rapid as possible. At Checkout, your email address is required. If this is your first time ordering, you will need to enter a password of your choosing. This password enables you to easily process orders more swiftly at a future date. You are then ready for a final order.
At this point you will be asked to upload your existing resume, cover letter and position description (if applicable) and situational examples as they relate to selection criteria, as part of your final order
Payment will be by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. If you wish to use another payment option, please contact us at info@impressiveresumes.com.au. Please note: Credit card details are not provided to Impressive Resumes as theses are accessed only through the security of PayPal/Bendigo Bank credit card payment gateway. An email confirming payment and a receipt number will automatically be emailed to you once your order and payment have been successfully processed.
Your order will be confirmed as soon as possible by Andrea Drew, usually within 24 hours at least, with most orders confirmed within an hour or two at the most. At this point the data collection process will commence, including completion of our in house questionnaire which will be emailed through at this point.
Andrea will then thoroughly evaluate your questionnaire and ask additional questions as necessary, including thorough questioning to gain essential information needed to prepare documents of the highest possible standards. This information gathering process is key to the success of the project. Please note, the quality of your new documents depend heavily upon not only Andrea's expertise but also information provided to us. This is a collaborative process, and if you do not believe you have the time to provide this information and be an integral part of the process, unfortunately our services may not be for you.
Your resume will be skillfully drafted, reviewed and a first draft emailed to you. Please note, our usual turnaround time is seven working days, with the exception of our express service (24/48 hours) - turnaround times commence upon receipt of all required information, turnaround times are not based upon date of order. Once the second and final drafts are approved by you, a CD, bound copy and laser printout will be posted to you via mail, along with a receipt
